Coffee Futures Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your participation in the Coffee Futures pre-purchase program offered by Regent Coffee X, LLC (operating as Regent Coffee X, Regent X Robotic Coffee Bar, or Regent X). By purchasing Coffee Futures credits, you agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our general Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

1. Nature of the Program

1.1 Coffee Futures is a limited-time promotional pre-purchase program that allows customers to buy future coffee credits at a discounted rate.
 1.2 Coffee Futures credits can only be used to purchase coffee products at participating Regent Coffee X, LLC locations upon our official launch.
 1.3 This program does not constitute an investment, security, or financial instrument. No interest, profit, or financial return is guaranteed or implied.

2. Eligibility

2.1 This program is available to individuals who are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract.
 2.2 By participating in this program, you confirm that all information provided during purchase is accurate and complete.
 2.3 Regent Coffee X, LLC reserves the right to deny or revoke participation in the program for any fraudulent or misleading purchases.

3. Coffee Credit Redemption

3.1 Purchased credits may only be redeemed for eligible coffee products at participating Regent Coffee X, LLC locations.
 3.2 Credits cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred, or resold.
 3.3 Any portion of a credit balance unused beyond [Insert Expiration Date] may expire in accordance with these Terms and applicable law.
 3.4 Coffee credits are not valid for retail merchandise, third-party products, or non-coffee items, unless otherwise specified.
 3.5 Regent Coffee X, LLC reserves the right to modify the menu, pricing, or availability of coffee products without notice.

4. No Refunds, Transfers, or Exchanges

4.1 All purchases of Coffee Futures credits are final and non-refundable.
 4.2 Credits cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred to another individual, or used outside of designated locations.
 4.3 In the event of unforeseen business changes, Regent Coffee X, LLC will determine an appropriate course of action regarding outstanding credits.

5. Modification, Suspension, or Termination of the Program

5.1 Regent Coffee X, LLC reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Coffee Futures program at any time, with or without notice.
 5.2 If the program is modified or terminated, any unused credits will remain valid for redemption unless otherwise stated.

6. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

6.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
 6.2 Any disputes arising from or related to the Coffee Futures program shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
 6.3 By purchasing Coffee Futures credits, you waive the right to participate in a class-action lawsuit related to this program.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1 Regent Coffee X, LLC is not liable for any delays, interruptions, or failures in the redemption of credits due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to force majeure, government regulations, supply chain disruptions, or business closures.
 7.2 In no event shall Regent Coffee X, LLC be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in this program.
